Our current and past projects

We have been involved in the development of over 1200 sites to date. Some of our projects are shown below.
  •  We have assessed several WWII airfields and their ancillary sites which are being re-developed for commercial or residential use – here a bomb shelter was uncovered on old airfield site which had been infilled with waste asbestos sheets. This was remediated and re-developed safely for luxury housing.


  • New harbour at Nigg Bay for Aberdeen Harbour Board – we were involved for 2 years in the re-development of Torry Quay and are now working alongside AH on the new harbour at Nigg Bay, Aberdeen.




  • Modular Hotel at Brae, Shetland – this unusual hotel was built adjacent to an old sheep dip. We assessed the site and confirmed this would not pose a risk to this amazing new hotel, which was built in room-by-room modules in Ireland, shipped to Shetland, and then assembled quickly on site.


  • Falkland Islands –We have also worked on a number of MOD and commercial sites in the Falkland Island with our engineering partners at Arch Henderson LLP).
